Inner Wheel Club District 385 Team Building

November 17, 2012. IWC or also known as the Inner Wheel Club had their District Rally/Team Building at Saddle Ridge  Camp in Dahilayan with which was organized by Team Building Organizer CDO by The Marshalls.

The concept of the team building was to build camaraderie and create a closer bond amongst the IWC members since this was their very first team building.

The group were separated into 3 groups and were given 4 consecutive tasks. The games were more of an obstacle course rather than that of the Amazing Race. The IWC ladies were very energetic and were a great sport performing the we've prepared for them.

True enough, after the activity, we are happy to see the ladies of Inner Wheel District 385 develop a closer bond with each other and at the same time build new friendship with their co-IWC member.  Lastly, they were able to realize that in spite their indifference's they can achieve one goal through effective participation and continuous communication. Cheers to IWC District 385!

Mitsubishi's Team Building

October 20, 2012. Mitsubishi CDO had their company team building organized by Team Building Organizer CDO by The Marshalls. The concept of their team building was like AXN's 'The Amazing Race' where three teams race to finish all the tasks given to them from one location to the other. Each task will lead them to another task until they reach the finish line.

This team building activity helped promote communication, camaraderie and teamwork within Mitsubishi CdeO. At the end of the activity, we were happy to hear them sharing their realizations. Highlights of which were the 'idea of going back to basics', 'reminded them of the company's vision' and 'enjoying each other's company in achieving one goal.'

Every team was able to bond with each other, develop new friendship and was able to learn that even if they play to win, they have to work together as a team to reach their team's goals. A very successful team building indeed! Cheers to Mitsubishi!

Here are some of the snapshots during their team building last Saturday.
