Cofipac Corporation Team Building

October 21 - 22, 2016, your Team Building Organizer CDO successfully facilitated Cofipac's Team Building at Malasag Eco Tourism Park. A 2-day activity that started with an amazing race with stations situated all over the city. Teams were grouped into 5 where they have the same starting point and different pitstops thereafter. All the teams had their own strategy and problem solving skills in completing every task for each pitstop with only just enough budget for their fare.

Teams have the same end point which was situated in Malasag Eco Tourism Park. The Green team finished first followed by Red, Blue, Dark Blue and lastly, Black. Everyone was exhausted, hungry, some had to ask for assistance going up and some had their lunch late. But amidst all the difficulties in completing each task, everyone was up to the game and had a fun and unforgettable experience.

The next day was more of a seminar workshop where we discussed about the company's mission and core values -in terms of leadership, communication and team work. We had activities that tailored-fit these core values in very discussion.

In the end, the team had great realizations and "aha" moment in terms of the core values mentioned. Indeed, when people work together on a common goal, anything can be possible.

Here are some photos of the teams during the 2-day activity:

P.T. Cerna Team Building

December 2, 2012. The P.T. Cerna Corporation had their Team Building at Dahilayan which again was organized by Team Building Organizer CDO by The Marshalls. The concept of their team building was a mix of the Amazing Race and Obstacle Course.

Teams were given different tasks to complete to reach a common goal. The team building's main goal was to promote team work, camaraderie, and communication beyond the indifference's of each employee. The company wanted strenuous type of activities for their employees and at the same time challenge their skills through strategy and implementation.

We had technicalities on some of the tasks during the race but we were happy to see how the team showed team work in performing all the tasks. They listened to one leader, followed instructions, as well as they were open to ideas and strategies from their team members.

The tasks were also a challenge of strength and agility as teams were tasked to go from one place to another and do strenuous tasks such as the obstacle course.

In the end, the team was able to understand the objective of their tasks during the processing as the given tasks were related to their work. The team had realizations like, 'sometimes in work we are not always given clear instructions, sometimes instructions are vague or unclear, and the best thing to do is ask', and 'sometimes we are too focus in finishing a task at work because we wanted to go home on time that we tend to forget to look into the details'.

In terms of finishing all the tasks, team Ranking were as follows:
1. Blue
2. Green
3. Yellow
4. Red
5. White

Lastly, we call each team as

  • Blue Team - The Fastest Team (finished the tasks fast)
  • White Team - The Coolest Team (coolest thinkers)
  • Yellow Team - The Verbose Team (equates feelings into words)
  • Red Team - The Strategist Team (strategize in every tasks)
  • Green Team - The Illimitable Team (does everything with no limits)

Inner Wheel Club District 385 Team Building

November 17, 2012. IWC or also known as the Inner Wheel Club had their District Rally/Team Building at Saddle Ridge  Camp in Dahilayan with which was organized by Team Building Organizer CDO by The Marshalls.

The concept of the team building was to build camaraderie and create a closer bond amongst the IWC members since this was their very first team building.

The group were separated into 3 groups and were given 4 consecutive tasks. The games were more of an obstacle course rather than that of the Amazing Race. The IWC ladies were very energetic and were a great sport performing the we've prepared for them.

True enough, after the activity, we are happy to see the ladies of Inner Wheel District 385 develop a closer bond with each other and at the same time build new friendship with their co-IWC member.  Lastly, they were able to realize that in spite their indifference's they can achieve one goal through effective participation and continuous communication. Cheers to IWC District 385!

Mitsubishi's Team Building

October 20, 2012. Mitsubishi CDO had their company team building organized by Team Building Organizer CDO by The Marshalls. The concept of their team building was like AXN's 'The Amazing Race' where three teams race to finish all the tasks given to them from one location to the other. Each task will lead them to another task until they reach the finish line.

This team building activity helped promote communication, camaraderie and teamwork within Mitsubishi CdeO. At the end of the activity, we were happy to hear them sharing their realizations. Highlights of which were the 'idea of going back to basics', 'reminded them of the company's vision' and 'enjoying each other's company in achieving one goal.'

Every team was able to bond with each other, develop new friendship and was able to learn that even if they play to win, they have to work together as a team to reach their team's goals. A very successful team building indeed! Cheers to Mitsubishi!

Here are some of the snapshots during their team building last Saturday.
